Creation of hotels and restaurants’ visual identity, menus and brochures — in collaboration with Marilou Daubé

The brand design of “Les Maisons de Bricourt”, which sources its colors in the
warm and cold tones of the Brittany region, was inspired by various elements
of the maritime world, such as shellfish shapes and traditional seamen
equipment. The result of this is an elegant visual identity that reflects the
modernity, authenticity and precision of Chef Olivier Rœllinger’s cuisine.
